Reporting a problem

A report that includes the following can usually be answered on the first reply:

• The plugin or app, and its version.
• The DAW and its version.
• The plugin format in use (CLAP, VST3 or AU).
• The macOS or watchOS version, and for a Mac, whether it is Apple Silicon or Intel.
• What happened, and what was expected instead.
